Information on the personal data processed in connection with the newsletter subscription

The data controller has not appointed a data protection officer, given that it does not carry out any data management activities that would have made it necessary.
2. Legal basis and purpose of data processing
The legal basis for the subscription is your voluntary, informed consent statement. The data provided during registration will only be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters.
3. The scope of the processed data and the duration of data processing
The processed personal data is the name and email address provided during the registration.
We process the data from the time you sign up until you unsubscribe. After the unsubscription, the data will be retained for other purposes (compliance with legal regulations or contractual conditions), but no further newsletter will be sent after the unsubscription.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. We would like to inform you that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing for the period before the withdrawal.
We do not collect personal information about you from third parties in connection with your subscription or newsletters.
4. Recipients of personal data
The employees of the data controller may access the provided data only to the extent necessary for the performance of their activities arising from their duties. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except for VisionX Group Ltd. (which is part of VisionX Ltd. under the same majority control) unless you provide us with an express disclaimer in this regard.
5. Your rights
5.1. You have the right at any time to request information from the Data Controller about the personal data about you processed by us and named in this prospectus, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the data processing, as well as who received your data.
5.2. You have the right at any time to ask the Data Controller to correct your inaccurate personal data or to supplement your incomplete personal data.
5.3. You have the right at any time to ask the Data Controller to transfer your personal data available to us in electronic form to you or to another data controller in a commonly used format.
5.4. You have the right at any time to ask the Data Controller to restrict your data processing. In the event of a restriction on data processing, the Data Controller may only manage the protection of the rights of another person with the consent or for the submission, enforcement or protection of legal claims, except for the storage of personal data. You may request a restriction on the processing of your personal data:
– if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data,
– the processing is unlawful,
– you object to the deletion of your personal data, the Data Controller does not need your personal data for data processing purposes.
The Data Controller will inform you of the release of the data management restriction before the release.
5.5. You have the right at any time to ask the Data Controller to delete your Personal Data. The Data Controller deletes your personal data if:
– the Data Controller does not need the personal data for the purpose for which it was collected or processed,
– your personal data was unlawfully processed or
– the Data Controller is obliged to delete the personal data in order to fulfill its legal obligations.
The Data Controller shall investigate the requests related to data processing within a maximum of 30 days from the submission thereof, make a decision on its validity and inform the applicant in writing of its decision.
